Brick Patio Extension: Buy a brick and help us lay the foundation for learning and growing at our new TVF Healthy Living Hub!
This summer we were finally able to open the doors of our brand new Angel Charity for Children Culinary Education Center at 2201 E. Roger Rd. (just a stone’s throw from our original TVF location) where we rolled out 16 weeks of fun and learning-filled summer camps! That’s nearly 400 kids learning how to prepare healthy meals for themselves and their families right here on the farm. We might have done the initial heavy lifting but now we need your help to expand our reach-and our outdoor learning space-even further.
This 2,000 sq ft patio lies adjacent to our 40’ x 40’ culinary ramada with our state of the art teaching kitchen to the south and the farm and an unequaled view of the Catalina Mountains to the north. The patio will be a vital gathering space for kids and adults alike over many years to come. It is the gateway from the farm to the kitchen,or the seed to the table, through which all of those delicious veggies-and the hands that hold them-will pass.
Please help us transform this underutilized area into a beautiful outdoor patio and learning classroom! The Tucson Village Farm Brick Patio Campaign is the perfect way to create a legacy, recognize or remember a loved one, promote a business, or simply share a favorite quote. All proceeds from the sale of bricks goes directly into our youth programming.
It takes a village to raise a farm and we invite you to join our “FARM”ily today! Contact Leza Carter if you have any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
