Exploring the theme of “Greens and Grains”, participants will learn how to incorporate healthy greens and nourishing grains into an eclectic mix of everyday meals. You are going to love these dishes! All classes will be Sundays from 3:30 - 5:00 pm
- April 11th - Homemade Pasta and Kale: Learn to make hand-rolled homemade pasta with a delectable cashew sauce and topped with farm fresh greens.
- April 18th - Dim Sum two ways: Baked Buns and Pot Stickers: Learn how to make traditional Chinese Dim Sum (small plates), including bao and pot stickers, both stuffed with delicious veggies.
- April 25th- Power Salad and Vinaigrette: Enjoy creating a hearty salad with the last of our winter vegetables and unique and ancient grains that can last the week. We’ll top the salad with a charred green onion and honey lemon vinaigrette.

Farm to Table: $120 we will supply needed ingredients for you to come and pick up.
