Corporate Volunteering at Tucson Village Farm

Support your teams with an unforgettable team-building day at Tucson's favorite community farm: TVF. 

Booking your next Corporate Volunteering experience at our not-for-profit community farm is a wonderful way to increase your organization’s social impact while bolstering your reputation within the community, building cohesive teams and developing staff skills. There’s no better way to connect than getting offline and outdoors.

Bringing your team for a day at the farm makes an enormous difference to the community and benefits each participant on a personal level. Our unique, hands-on experiences provide organizations with opportunities to grow social connections, develop confidence and new skills and build professional networks, all while earning the deep satisfaction of hands-on community work.

And, of course, it’s fun!

 

Your Day

Corporate Volunteering experiences at the farm are invaluable; you are uniquely placed to tackle large jobs that could otherwise take us weeks or months to complete.

Farm work is physical, outdoors and often dirty. You might be prepping garden beds, helping set up for a fundraising event, painting signage, or weeding. The list of jobs is endless, but we do have the ability to tailor work to suit all abilities, so no one is left out.

You can expect the following:

  • 9:00 am: Arrival to TVF

  • 9:00 - 10:15 am: TVF welcome, tour, and history of TVF

  • 10:15 - 10:30: Light refreshment break, including tea and muffins

  • 10:30 - 10pm: hands-on volunteering activities that may include planting, harvesting, moving hay, setting up for events or a range of other activities (a great chance to get your hands dirty)!

  • 12:30 pm or 4:30 pm: tools down, wash your hands and a thanks from the Farm for your invaluable help!

    Lunch can be purchased from the Farm Café or BYO lunch for a picnic in the Stables Paddock before or after your session.

    You’re also very welcome to visit the Farm (unguided) during the free part of your day; simply let our Visitor Experience team at Reception know you’ve joined us for a Corporate Volunteering booking if you plan to return to the grounds after leaving on the day.
