Learning Spaces

Our Learning Spaces

The 'Little Farm'

4210 North Campbell Avenue
The Little Farm is where it all started! Located at the Pima County Cooperative Extension Office, the Little Farm was established in 2010 on a bare patch of dirt and has since grown into a verdant garden including a chicken coop, orchard, compost and vermicompost facilities, and a mechanical milking cow, all in the service of teaching youth about agriculture and nutrition. Each year more than 5,000 kids experience all that the Little Farm has to offer.

The 'Big Farm'

2201 East Roger Rd
Established in 2020, the Big Farm is an ever-expanding project located at the former Karsten Turf Center. The Big Farm is where TVF does larger-scale agriculture and provides all of the classes at the Angel Charity for Children Culinary Education Center with fresh produce. We have big plans for the Big Farm including livestock and further expanding our growing and learning spaces.

4-H High Ropes Course

2201 East Roger Road

The 4-H High Ropes Course is an opportunity for youth and adults both to learn and grow. Bring a group out for team building and a day of FUN and safety! For schools, organizations, business, or even just a group of friends. Inquire with George at gestefanakis@arizona.edu

Culinary Education Center

2201 East Roger Road
Established in 2020, the Angel Charity for Children Culinary Education Center, allowed us to expand our impact ten-fold. We are now able to offer applied farm to table cooking classes to a wide demographic of Tucson locals. Look out for workshops and cooking classes via our Eventbrite!

Outdoor Patio

2201 East Roger Road
Our patio functions as an outdoor cooking space, a great place to host a workshop, or simply to gather together to eat a meal! We happen to have the best view of the Catalina Mountains, come see for yourself.
