Based on the increased interest in our longstanding U-Pick program, we're transitioning in 2024 to a more sustainable model. Each week, we'll open 20 slots for sign-ups. Customers can choose their timeslot to come pick from 4:30-5:45pm on Tuesdays, come check in at our welcome table at 2201 E Roger Rd., and head out back to the farm where our Teen Healthy Living Ambassdors will give you a tour and show you how to pick! The U-Pick experience price will vary based on vegetables available, and is inclusive of a guided U-Pick harvest, food demonstration, and a box of select produce (based on availability) picked by YOU.
We will be offering two box sizes this week to accomodate varying needs in the community. We have two box size options. The small box can feed around 1-2 people and is perfect for a single, small household's needs or sharing with a friend or neighbor. The large box can feed 2-4 people and is designed for a larger household or sharing among couples, friends, and families. Both of these boxes allow you to harvest together and distribute the produce as you choose based on your households needs.
